Hi jeffhavens, please follow the steps below to uninstall your office product key and remove office credentials, then reactivate it with your office 365 home account. 1. run cd c: program files (x86) microsoft office office16 cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus -------------- note: if you are using office 2013.
