First, let me say I am pretty new at midi so bear with me. I have a few kar files and midi files that are type 0, I think. All of the info is on one track, lyrics, melody, etc. I would like to split them out to individual tracks so I can mute, remove, or change individual parts. I believe this would be saving it as a type 1 midi or exporting to a type 1 midi file. Is there a way to do this or do I need to create new, individual tracks?
